【摘要】 根据对河南省“百千万工程”体育教育专业的培训工作实践 ,在培训管理中总结出了教学观念新 ,教学内容新 ,教学形式新的“三新”教学模式。使学员更新了观念、拓宽了视野、树立了创新思想 ,学员反映效果较好 ,也为今后体育教师的培训积累了经验更多还原
