轮胎橡胶材料力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 通过试验测量了各种轮胎胶料的力与变形关系和断裂强度,对其应力—应变关系、弹性模量—应变关系、断裂强度和滞后现象进行了分析。通过试验结果来了解轮胎胶料的力学性能,对于产品设计、轮胎力学分析和性能仿真具有重要的实际指导意义。

【Abstract】 The relations of force and deformation and rupture intensity of several tyre rubber materials were measured by tests.The mechanical properities,such as stressstrain relation,elastic modulusstrain relation,rupture intensity,and lag phenomena were studied.The results have a good guidence for the tyre structure design and FEM analysis.
