【摘要】 VRLA电池具有高效放电性能、自放电小、析氢过电位高 ,电解液中水的消耗少等优点。其设计寿命为 1 0～ 1 5年。实际运行中 ,由于管理不善 ,使电解液中失水过快 ,温度过高 ,板栅腐蚀速度加快 ,隔膜的饱和度下降或机械强度下降等都会造成电池很快失效。依据VR LA电池的性能和特点进行科学管理 ,以实现电池的长寿命更多还原

【Abstract】 Advantages of VRLA battery are high effective discharging, low self-discharging, high hydrogen-separated superpotential, less water consumption in electrolyte, and its design life is 10～15 years.In practical operation, due to ill menagement, water-loss too fast in electrolyte, over temperature, faster corrosion velocity of plate grid, decrease of baffle satutation or mechanical strength, battery fails fastly.With scientific maintenace management on performance and characterstic of VRLA battery, long life of battery is to be realized.更多还原
