【摘要】 论述SCI论文与科技原创力之间的关系,对上海SCI论文的构成、主要特征、收录和引证情况进行详细分析,并提出增强上海科技原创力的建议。

【Abstract】 Discusses the relationship between SCI theses and technology originality, analyzes in detail the structure, the main characteristics, the adoption and quotation of SCI theses in Shanghai, and puts forward some suggestions on improving Shanghai’ s innovation ability.
