热处理对09CuPTiRE耐候双相钢组织与性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了 0 9CuPTiRE耐候钢的双相化热处理工艺及双相化后的组织与性能。结果表明在耐候钢0 9CuPTiRE(α +γ)两相区 (760~ 82 0℃ )不同温度加热淬火获得了不同马氏体分数的双相组织 ;随双相化加热温度增加 ,双相钢马氏体含量和强度增加

【Abstract】 The dual\|phase (α+γ) intercritical heat treatment process and the structure and mechanical properties of atmospheric corrosion resistant steel 09CuPTiRE after dual\|phase treatment have been studied. The results showed that the dual phase structure with different percentage of martensite was obtained as the atmospheric corrosion resistant steel 09CuPTiRE was quenched in (α+γ) dual\|phase field (760~820 ℃) at different temperature and with quenched temperature increasing the martensite content and the strength of dual\|phase steel increased.
