【摘要】 目的　探讨下颌骨髁状突肿瘤的有效治疗方案 ,以恢复患者术后的美观及牙合功能的重建。方法　 1997年 5月以来对 3例下颌骨髁状突肿瘤患者应用多种治疗手段相结合的方法进行治疗 ,包括术前计算机三维模拟手术 ,模型外科 ,外科手术切除肿瘤 ,重建颞下颌关节 ,正颌外科手术及正畸治疗等 ,术后依情况对颌骨运动制动 2周。结果　术后 3例患者面容恢复 ,咬合关系正常 ,开口度正常 ,牙合功能得到恢复。结论　由于下颌骨髁状突为颞下颌关节的重要组成部分 ,具有独特的解剖外形及功能 ,故对下颌骨髁状突肿瘤的治疗应以恢复面形及牙合功能为重点 ,而多手段相结合的治疗方法是提高髁状突肿瘤治疗效果的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective method for mandibular condyle tumor. Methods Three patients who suffered from tumor of condyle had been treated with combined methods since May 1997. The treatments included three dimensional mimic operation in computer, cast plaster model surgery, resection of tumor, orthodontics treatment and orthognathic surgery. Some patients were subjected to immobilization of jaws for 2 weeks. Results All patient got satisfactory restoration in function and beauty aspects. A 5 year follow up study revealed no relapse. Conclusion The surgical purpose of condyle tumor was to restore beauty and reconstruct occlusal relationship. It is the key to improve the therapeutic effectiveness of condyle tumor by comprehensive treatments.更多还原
