定量C-反应蛋白测定的临床意义

【摘要】 目的 :探讨C -反应蛋白 (CRP)在各种炎症的急性期或组织损伤时浓度的变化。方法 :使用OrionDiag nostica公司的QuikreadCRP定量分析仪对234例各种炎症及50例正常人的血清进行测定。结果 :在炎症的急性期CRP的浓度明显高于正常对照组 (P<0.05)。结论:CRP测定可用于各种炎症患者支持诊断、监测病情和指导治疗

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the changes of serum C_reaction protein concentration in the acute stage of inflammatory or tissue damage.Methods: Serum C_reaction protein concentration was examined by Quikread CRP quantitative analyzer which were taken from 234 patients with inflammatory and 50 patients in control group.Results:The serum CRP concentration in acute stage inflammatory patient was significantly higher than normal control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Determination of serum CRP for inflammatory is an important test for diagnosis and therapy.
