【Abstract】 Translation is an inter-lingual communication. Traditional perspectives on communicative activity have failed to be helpful for the translation research except the semantic research because of their own limitation. Relevance theory’s claim that communication is a decoding-inferential process and its major notions like cognitive environment, mutual-manifestness, the division between informative and communicative intention and its key concept of relevance provide a new angle for the translation study.更多还原
