畜禽内脏食品中酞酸酯类环境污染物的测定

【摘要】 目的 了解市售畜禽内脏食品中酞酸酯的污染状况。方法 采用毛细管柱气相色谱 -质谱联用的选择离子检测 (GC -MS -SIR)技术 ,结合有机溶剂提取、柱层析分离和低温浓缩的前处理方法。结果 猪与鸡心、肝、肾样品中酞酸二丁酯 (di-n -butylphthalate ,DBP)和酞酸二异辛酯 [di- (2 -ethylhexyl) phthalate,DEHP]的含量分别为 0 .6 9~ 9.91μg·g-1和 1.5 5~ 3.0 8μg·g-1。结论 经常食用此类遭受污染的动物内脏食品 ,可能造成酞酸酯在体内慢性蓄积。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the level of phthalic ac id esters (PAES) pollution contained in the internal organs of domestic animals and fowls being sold at the markets.Methods Selected ion recording (SIR) of capillary column gas Chromatography-Mass spectrometry (GC-MS) coupled with organic solvent ex traction,column chromatographic separation and low temperature concentration me thods were used.Results The content ranges of di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP ) and di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) were 0.69~9.91 μg ·g -1 and 1.55~3.08 μg ·g -1 respectively i n the internal organs of pigs and chickens.Conclusion It is recommended that the internal organs of domestic animals and fowls that have a high possibility of containing pollutants be eaten often to avoid potential hazard to human health caused by slow accumul ation of PAEs.
