城市轨道交通车辆弹性车轮的开发研究
Study on Developing Resilient Wheels for City Rail Transit Vehicles
【摘要】 通过整体车轮和弹性车轮与轨道垂向耦合动力学仿真和振动模态及声学特性分析 ,对弹性车轮减振降噪机理进行了研究 .对研制的承剪型弹性车轮与整体车轮的声学特性进行了试验比较 ,结果证实了该弹性车轮在降低轮轨振动噪声方面显示的优良性能
【Abstract】 Through vertical wheel rail coupled dynamics simulation analysis of the modal and acoustical property for both solid wheel and resilient wheel,the mechanisms on decreasing wheel rail noise and vibration of resilient wheels were investigated.Then,the experimental comparison was performed between a rubber-cushion resilient wheel and a solid wheel.The results yielded manifested that resilient wheels play an active role on decreasing wheel/rail vibration and noise for urban rail vehicles.
