压缩条件下发泡聚苯乙烯的本构关系和疲劳特性

【摘要】 对不同密度的国产发泡聚苯乙烯 (EPS)采用刚性试验机 (MTS)进行了单轴压缩条件下的加载试验及疲劳试验 .通过对试验结果的研究分析 ,阐述了压缩条件下EPS的本构关系和疲劳特性 ,并给出了材料的抗压强度和弹性模量设计取值 .研究结果对于EPS的工程应用具有一定的参考价值

【Abstract】 Application of EPS(expanded polystyrene) in embankment has been focused on in China in recent years.Unconfined uniaxial compression tests and fatigue tests on EPS of various densities were conducted with MTS to investigate the stress-strain relationship and fatigue performance.It was shown that the constitutive relation of EPS took on characters of a multi-section function and there was a threshold stress in the process of the materials’ fatigue failure.The constitutive equation and fatigue formulation,as well as the compression strength and elastic modulus used in design,were presented in this paper.
