【Abstract】 The report delivered at the 15th Party’s Congress has put torward the requirements for taking the road of new industrialization. This is in keeping with real situations in China and the demand of the development of the times. Our road for new industrialization is different from the traditional road for industrialization taken by the developed countries. We must combine industrialization and polarization of information in order to realize a dramatic development.
