【Abstract】 A HPLC method for analysis of sugar alcohol in calcium carbonate tablets was described in this present paper.Sorbitol was separated on a Hypersil NH 2 (4.6×150mm ID,5μm)column with acetonitrile-water(80∶20)as mobile phase.The content of sorbitol in tablets was determinated.The linear responding range was from10.4to104mg/L(r=0.9996),and the mean recovery ranged from95%to98%.This newly developed method possesses the advantages of simple manipulation,no requirement of pretreatment of derivatization,high sensitivity.更多还原
