会议电视控制功能分析

【摘要】 根据二期铁路会议电视系统中存在的问题 ,结合相关会议电视协议 ,分析会议电视控制功能 ,并提出在ITU协议框架下更合理更优化会议电视软件程序的有关建议。

【Abstract】 Based on problems in the 2nd phase project of the Videoconferencing Network of MOR, the control functions of videoconferencing is analyzed in terms of videoconferencing standards. Some suggestions are put forward to develop more reasonable and optimized videoconferencing software within the framework of ITU standards.
