【摘要】 应用Pspice对分立元件TTL反相器的逻辑特性和电气特性进行定量分析,加深对TTL门电路工作原理的理解。

【Abstract】 In this paper, quantificational analysis for TTL Inverter’s logic characteristic and electrical characteristic is performed, and therefore enhance understanding to principle of TTL gate circuit.
