苦马豆根和茎中化学成分的研究
Study on the chemical constituents from the roots and stems of Sphaerophysa salsula (Pall.)DC.
【摘要】 目的对苦马豆 (Sphaerophysasalsula(Pall )DC )的根、茎乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取物进行了研究。方法以硅胶柱层析进行分离 ,根据理化性质与波谱分析 ,对化合物进行鉴定。结果得到 6个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 3′,7 二羟基 2′,4′ 二甲氧基异黄烷 (1 ) ,GlyasperinH(2 ) ,4′,7 二甲氧基异黄酮 (3 ) ,3′,7 二羟基 4′ 甲氧基异黄酮 (4) ,胡萝卜苷 (5 ) ,β 谷甾醇 (6)。结论化合物 3和 4为首次从该属植物中得到
【Abstract】 Objective To isolate and structurally elucidate the constituents from the 95% ethanol extract of the stems and roots of Sphaerophysa salsula. Methods Chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography. Physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural identification. Results The six compounds, namely 3′, 7-dihydroxy-2′, 4′-dimethoxyisoflavan (1), glyasperin H (2), 4′, 7-dimethoxyisoflavone (3), 3′, 7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyisoflavone (4), daucosterol (5) and β-sitosterol (6) were obtained. Conclusions Compounds 3,4 are isolated from Sphaerophysa salsula for the first time.
