连翘化学成分研究
Study on the chemical constituents of the fruits of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl
【摘要】 目的对中药连翘的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法连翘的水提物经D1 0 1大孔树脂 ,以水和不同浓度的乙醇洗脱 ,φ =60 %的乙醇洗脱部分采用硅胶吸附柱色谱的手段分离得到 4个化合物 ,利用理化和谱学分析 (IR、NMR、ESI MS)的方法进行结构鉴定。结果 4个化合物分别被鉴定为异落叶松树脂醇 (isolariciresinol) (Ⅰ ) ,丁二酸 (succinicacid) (Ⅱ ) ,丁四醇 (erythritol) (Ⅲ ) ,汉黄芩素 7 O 葡萄糖苷 (wogonin 7 O glucoside) (Ⅳ )。 结论以上化合物均为首次从连翘中分离得到。用 2D NMR修正了文献中化合物Ⅰ部分碳信号归属错误
【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl.Methods Separation by column chromatography on silica gel,identification by physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic methods (IR?NMR,ESI-MS).Results Four compounds were isolated from the fruits of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl.The structures of the compounds were determined as isolariciresinol (Ⅰ),succinic acid (Ⅱ),erythritol (Ⅲ) and wogonin-7-O-glucoside (Ⅳ).Conclusions Compound Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ are firstly isolated from the fruits of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.) Vahl.The 13C-NMR data of Compound Ⅰ are corrected by the 2D-NMR spectroscopic methods.
