连翘中的一个新化合物
New compound from the fruit of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl
【摘要】 目的研究中药连翘的化学成分。方法采用硅胶吸附柱色谱的手段 ,利用理化和谱学分析(NMR、ESI MS)方法 ,对化合物进行分离鉴定。结果从连翘的果实中分离得到一个化合物 ,确定其结构 ,将其命名为连翘酸 1′ O β D 葡萄糖苷 (rengynicacid 1′ O β D glucoside)。结论该化合物为新化合物
【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb.)Vahl.Methods This compound was separated by the column chromatography on silica gel and identified by the physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic methods (NMR,ESI-MS).Results A compound from the fruit of the Forsythia suspensa Vahl is isolated and elucidated as 2-(4′-hydroxycyclohexyl)-acetic acid-1′-O-β-D-glucoside(rengynic acid-1′-O-β-D-glucoside).Conclusion This is a new compound.
