【摘要】 目的探索黄连解毒胶囊对脑缺血的影响。方法采用穿线法观察黄连解毒胶囊 (0 7、1 4、2 8g/kg)灌胃给药对家兔颈总动脉血栓影响 ;观察对大脑中动脉阻塞 (MCAO)大鼠 (0 68、1 3 5、2 7g/kg)的神经功能障碍及MCAO大鼠的脑梗塞范围的影响 ;观察对小白鼠 (1、2、4 g/kg)脑卒中指数的影响 ;观察黄连解毒胶囊对断头小鼠 (2、4、8g/kg)喘气持续时间和两侧颈总动脉结扎小鼠的存活时间的影响。结果黄连解毒胶囊可显著抑制穿线法形成的家兔颈总动脉血栓 ,明显改善MCAO大鼠的神经功能障碍及减少MCAO大鼠的梗塞范围 ,降低小白鼠脑卒中指数。同时 ,黄连解毒胶囊能显著延长断头小鼠喘气持续时间和两侧颈总动脉结扎小鼠的存活时间。结论黄连解毒胶囊对脑缺血缺氧具有明显的保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of the HLJDC on preventing and treating the cerebral ischemia in this paper.Methods The formation of the carotid thrombus which was induced by the cotton thread in the rabbits was used and the rat malfuncton of MACO was observered.The gasping time of the isolated heads of the mice and the survival time of the mice subjected to bilateral carotid ligation was also used.The stroke index score in the mice was observered too.Results The HLJDC can inhibit the formation of the carotid thrombus and improve the rat malfunction of MACO.Meanwhile,the HLJDC significantly prolongs the gasping time of the isolated heads of the mice and the survival time of the mice subjected to bilateral carotid ligation.The HLJDC reduces the stroke index score in the mice.Conclusion All these results suggest that the HLJDC can prevent and cure the cerebral ischemia.更多还原
