【摘要】 随着教学科研规模的不断发展,高校实验用房供不应求的现象日益突出,如何改革用房管理中存在的问题,充分发挥房产资源应有的办学效益,成为当今高校实验用房管理改革的一项中心课题。在分析该校实验用房现状和存在问题的基础上,提出了实验用房定额管理的思路及测算办法,明确了实验用房资源费的结算办法,总结了该管理办法的实施结果与作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the expansion of the scale of education and researches in universities, the shortages of the real estate for laboratories are very serious. It is very important to overcome the problems in the administration of real estate in universities and to make better use of house properties. In this paper, the quantitative administration approaches for laboratories were illustrated. The application results of this method in Shanghai Jiaotong Universitites were shown and the effects were evaluated.更多还原
