【摘要】 从分析高校实验室仪器设备使用效益不高的原因出发,提出了采用实验室仪器设备有偿占用的管理思路,即"在对不同方向上使用的仪器设备进行折旧折算的基础上,计算出一个基层单位应承担的仪器设备占用费额度,然后再把完成按照课程教学大纲规定的实验时数,科研成果,论文数量的折值分别与应承担的占用费额度相抵,差值补正。"运用经济杠杆,建立有效的约束机制,求得较好的使用效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the causes of inefficient use of laboratory equipment in universities and suggested compensatory occupation of scientific research equipment, namely, the calculation of quota of the equipment occupation expenses per basic unit based on the conversion of depreciation of the equipment used in variouns directions, and the balance between the referred value of compulsory experiment hours, scientific research achievement and the number of theses and the occupation expenses with proper compensation to achieve higher efficiency with the help of economic lever and the establishment of effective restriction.
