【摘要】 简要介绍了建材检测微机控制系统的结构及控制过程.详细介绍了建材检测微机控制系统压力控制曲线中去干扰及提取压力最大值的算法的设计及实现过程.根据干扰曲线突变的特点,采用了固定斜率阈值法和连续可调斜率阈值法去除干扰.分析了两种算法的不同特点及适用性.给出了该算法在VisualC++6 0集成开发环境下的流程图及应用结果.该算法已应用到建材检测过程中,取得了良好的效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 The structure and control process of computer control system of building material test are introduced simply.It has been illustrated detailedly that the arithmetic is applied for picking up the maximum pressing value on the curve with interference.According to the character of interference part,fixed and modified slope- threshold arithmetic are used,and their features and adaptability are analyzed too.The flow chart and result of the arithmetic are given under Visual C++ 60.The arithmetic has been applied to practical control system of building material test,and got good result.更多还原
