制氢转化炉辐射室温度分布的Monte Carlo模拟

【摘要】 用蒙特卡罗方法对制氢转化炉辐射室、炉管以及烟气的温度分布进行模拟计算。计算与实际测量结果表明 ,模拟计算结果反映了辐射室的温度分布情况。通过计算炉管的温度分布 ,有助于研究制氢转化炉炉管弯曲的机理

【Abstract】 Research on temperature distributions of radiation room, tubes and fume of hydrogen manufacturing furnace has been carried out by Monte Carlo(MC)method The simulation results have been compared with actual measuring data It was found that simulation results of the MC method were in good agreement with measuring data The conclusion will be helpful to analyze the mechanics of bend deformation of furnace tube and so on
