离心喷嘴设计方法研究
Research on design method of the centrifugal nozzle
【摘要】 离心喷嘴内流体流动状态复杂,精确计算喷嘴雾化特性有一定困难,以实验数据为基础的计算图表和经验公式是喷嘴设计的主要依据。实验数据是在特定实验条件下获得的,因而其应用范围受到限制。在忽略轴向速度沿径向变化的条件下,建立了离心喷嘴内流体流动状态的数学模型,从理论上阐述了气芯半径和流量系数与喷嘴结构参数的关系。实验数据与计算结果基本一致。
【Abstract】 Since fluid status in the nozzle is so complicated that it is rather difficult to precisely count the atomizing performances of the centrifugal nozzle,and whose design mainly adopts the chart and empirical formula based on the experimental dataBecause the data are obtained in planned experimental conditions,the range of their application is restrictedBy ignoring radial variance of fluid axial velocity,a mathematic model of the fluid status in the centrifugal nozzle is set up, which theoretically illustrate that the radius of air pillar and the discharge coefficient are determined by the nozzle’s structure parametersFinally, an experiment is performed, whose results are according well with the counting data
