山西省小麦生产的定位与发展对策

【摘要】 建国以来,山西省的小麦生产有了很大的发展。以1998年与1949年相比,单产提高6.1倍,总产提高5.3倍,但仍不能满足山西人民对小麦的总需求,每年约有10亿kg的缺口。近年来在市场经济的作用下,全省小麦面积下降了26%,小麦总需缺口继续拉大。由此提出,山西省小麦生产的技术路线是:稳定面积,提高单产,改进品质,提高资源利用率,保护和优化生态环境。小麦生产是社会效益高、生态效益大,而本身经济效益低的弱质种植业,我们应该从社会效益、生态效益和经济效益三者协调发展的良性循环,提高对山西省小麦生产重要性的认识,把小麦生产巨大的生态效益放在突出地位。

【Abstract】 Wheat production has got great development in Shanxi province since the founding of the P.R. China. To compare unit yield between 1998 and 1949 it increases 6.1 times, and total output increases 5.3 times. But it still can not meet the needs in Shanxi and the shortage is a billion kilogram per year. The shortage becomes bigger because wheat cultivation area decreases 26% in Shanxi under market economy in recent years.To develop wheat production in Shanxi it is important to stabilize cultivation area, to increase unit yield,to make a good utilization of natural resources, to improve quality and to optimize ecological environment. There are high social and ecological benefits for wheat production, but itself is the crop cultivation of tender constitution of low economic effect. We need a good understanding of coordinated growth of social benefits, ecological and economic effects. The ecological effects of wheat production should be given prominence. 
