薄层色谱法测定蛋氨酸的含量
Assay Determination of Methionine with TLC
【摘要】 提出了薄层色谱法测定复合氨基酸中蛋氨酸的含量 ,该法以正丁醇∶乙酸∶水 ( 4∶ 1∶ 1)的混合液为展开剂 ,在 GF2 54 硅胶板上展开后直接用薄层色谱法测定 ,其被测组份点样量在 0 .2 0μg~ 1.3 0μg范围内与相应的峰面积符合朗伯 -比耳定律 :相关系数为 0 .9987,回收率为 98.0 %~ 10 1.5 % .该法操作简便、快速、准确
【Abstract】 The concentration of Methionine in complex amino acid is detected by Thin Layer Chromatogra- phy(TLC).The solvent system is n-butanol∶acetic acid∶water(4∶1∶1).When the concentration of Methionine is from 0.20 μg~1.30 μg,it conforms to Lamber-Bill Law,the correlation coefficient is 0.9987,and the recycle rate is 98.0 %~101.5 %.The method is simple,convenient and accurate.
