【Abstract】 The concentration of Methionine in complex amino acid is detected by Thin Layer Chromatogra- phy(TLC).The solvent system is n-butanol∶acetic acid∶water(4∶1∶1).When the concentration of Methionine is from 0.20 μg～1.30 μg,it conforms to Lamber-Bill Law,the correlation coefficient is 0.9987,and the recycle rate is 98.0 %～101.5 %.The method is simple,convenient and accurate.更多还原
