如何认识和防范我国目前的财政债务风险

【摘要】 我国财政的债务风险不仅包括国债风险,而且还有其他形式的性质上类同于国债的国家债务所引致的风险。为此,只有全面把握这些财政债务及由此所带来的风险,并分析其产生的根本原因,才能在实践中采取更加有效的措施加以防范。

【Abstract】 The fiscal debts risk of our country include not only the national debts risk but the debts risk caused by other kinds of debts, which is similar to national debts. Therefore, to have an exact knowledge of and an effective precaution on fiscal debts risk, it is necessary to make a comprehensive consideration on the fiscal debts of our country.
