微波诱变选育井冈霉素高产菌
Screening of High Yielding Jinggangmycin Strain by Microwave Mutation
【摘要】 采用微波诱变方法对井冈霉素生产菌株 (Streptomyceshygroscopicusvar.JinggangensisYen)进行诱变处理 ,挑取单个菌落摇瓶初筛 ,复筛 ,测定化学效价 ,获得 4株平均效价比出发菌株分别高出 17.5 %、15 %、2 0 %、2 1.7%的突变株。沙土管保存 10个月后 ,取沙土管孢子接种斜面连续传代 4次 ,测定化学效价 ,代间效价差异不明显 ,遗传性能稳定。
【Abstract】 This essay is concerned about screening for Jinggangmycin producing strain(Streptomyces hygroscopicus var.Jinggangsis Yen F4) by microwave mutation method.The chemical titer increasing rate of mutants were 17.5%、15%、20%、21.7% respectively after screened repeatedly,Its properties of highly producing Jinggangmycin remained stable after sub-cultured 4 times and stored for 10 months.It indicated that microwave mutation method of simplify,effectives,safety was ideal method for screening industrial microorganism strain.The mechanism of microwave effects was also discussed.
