【Abstract】 In this article,it was concluded that the quality of a sports scientific journal was ultimately decided by the scientific and technological elements in its editing work.A specific analysis was made in following 3 aspects: 1)the editors of a sports scientific journal should follow the basic laws in the disciplinary development;2)the specialization of editorial functions;3)the effect of special topic planning in the journal.更多还原
