【Abstract】 Users have found it difficult to read data from some X ray diffractometers because of their incompatibility with PC, whereas the X ray diffractometer data capturing system, being run on DOS, has imperfect interactive interface and runs the risk of data missing upon power shutdown. In this paper is developed an intelligent real time processing software based on Windows, using Borland C ++ Builder and ASM, which can implement data collection and processing, real time display, and with storage writing capacity.更多还原
