我国自然灾害特征及其减灾对策
Characteristic of Natural Hazards in China and Study of Protection and Control of Disasters
【摘要】 论述了我国自然灾害的基本特征及其关联性,并提出了灾害的防御措施,以期达到环境保护成为社会发展过程中的一个重要组成部分。
【Abstract】 The authors discuss the basic characteristic of natural hazards in China and their relevance,put forward the measures of protection and control of natural disasters,in the hope that the protection of environment can become an important part of the process of the social development .
