改进HPLC法检测鱼肉组织和配合饲料中的喹乙醇(英文)

【摘要】 对传统的喹乙醇检测方法(高效液相色谱法)进行了改进,简化了提取步骤,改变了流动相体系,并对喹乙醇在鲫鱼、鲤鱼和草鱼肌肉组织中的残留和配合饲料中喹乙醇的含量进行了检测。结果表明:该检测方法的最低检测限为0.100mg/kg,平均回收率为77.6%~90.1%,相对标准偏差为0.495%~4.920%。该检测方法简单、快速、准确、稳定、可靠,适合检测水产品及其相关产品中的喹乙醇的含量。

【Abstract】 The traditional determining method (high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC) to Olaquindox was improved in this thesis, including simplifying extracting steps and changing liquid system. The improved HPLC was used to determine the Olaquindox content in fish muscle tissue and feeds. The results showed that the minimum determination limits of this method is 0.100 mg/kg, the average recovery rates and relative standard deviations were 77.6% -90.1% and 0.495 - 4.920% respectively. This method was simple, rapid, precise, stable and reliable and suitable to determine Olaquindox residues in aquatic products.
