【摘要】 目的 :探讨软组织扩张术修复烧伤后瘢痕的治疗效果。方法 :采用Ⅰ期手术将软组织扩张器置入病变周围正常的皮下组织 ,经广泛的扩张皮肤 ,达到设计要求后 ,行 期手术。切除烧伤后瘢痕 ,合理的设计皮瓣 ,将创面封闭。结果 :本组 8例烧伤后瘢痕患者经上述治疗皮瓣完成成活 ,其质地、色泽较为理想 :外观及功能恢复良好。结论 :应用软组织扩张术修复烧伤后瘢痕是较为理想的一种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of soft tissue dilation for repair of the scar formed after burn wound healing. Method: For primary repair, the soft tissue dilator was placed into the normal subcutaneous tissue around the lesion area, then secondary repairwas performed. Scar was removed and skin flap was applied to cover the wounds. Result: 8 cases with scar formed after burn wound healing were repaired using this method. The skin flap survived with good quality and color. The skin recovered with good appearance and good function. Conclusion: Soft tissue dilation is an ideal method for repair of the scar formed after burn wound healing.更多还原
