【摘要】 目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)在骨折处治疗皮肤烧伤创面的效果。方法 :全程应用MEBO外涂烧伤创面 ,结合单侧多功能外固定架治疗骨折。结果 :创面均Ⅰ期愈合 ,无瘢痕形成 ,骨折对位愈合良好 ,针孔无感染。结论 :骨折部位的皮肤烧伤创面外涂MEBO能促进创面愈合 ,有效避免感染 ,效果满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the efficacy of MEBO in treating burn in the fracture part of the limbs. Method: MEBO was applied in the whole course of treatment, associated with the treatment of the fracture using a unilateral multi-function rack. Result: All the wounds healed in 1st intention. No scar formed. The fracture also healed well. No infection occurred. Conclusion: Local application MEBO can promote burn wound healing in the fracture part of limbs. Infection can be avoided. The efficacy is very satisfactory.更多还原
