【摘要】 目的: 观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对耳廓烧伤的治疗作用。方法:对1997年 1月～2000年6月118例病人随机分成两组:MEBO治疗64例108耳(治疗组);磺胺嘧啶 银(SD-Ag)治疗54例81耳(对照组)。观察两组耳廓创面感染率、愈合天数、瘢痕生成率、 耳廓萎缩和畸形发生率。结果:治疗组各深度耳廓烧伤愈合方式明显优于对照组,愈合快, 瘢痕发生率和畸形率均低,创面感染机会也少。结论:MEBO治疗耳廓烧伤有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating auricle burn. Method: 118 cases of burnwere divided randomly into 2 groups. In MEBO treatment group, there were 64 cases involving 108 auricles, while in SD-Ag Cream treatment group, 54 cases involving 81 auricles. A comparison between the efficacy of the 2 groups in terms ofwound healing time, infection rate, scar forming rate, the incidence of auricle atrophy and deformity. Results: In MEBOgroup, the wounds healed more quickly, for deep burn auricles the healing mode was better, the scar forming rate and theincidence of infection and deformity was much lower than in SD-Ag cream group. Conclusion: MEBO has excellentefficacy in treating auricular burn.更多还原
