论美国的反恐战略及对中国国家安全的影响
On the Strategy of Counterterrorism of U.S.A.andIts Impact on National Security of China
【摘要】 “9·11”事件后 ,为打击国际恐怖主义 ,美国对其国家安全战略和国际战略进行了调整 ,在此基础上形成了包含军事、政治、外交等方面内容的反恐新战略。这一策略对中国国家安全既有正面的影响 ,也隐含着潜在的威胁。
【Abstract】 After the “Sept.11”incident,in order to attack the international terrorism,U S A.has adjusted its national security strategy and international strategy,on this basis,have formed the new strategy which objects to terrorism,which includes the contents in military,politics,diplomacy,etc.This strategy has positive influence to the national security of China and implies the potential threat,too.
