【摘要】 以南方新鲜木瓜为原料,研制具有天然水果色、香、味的木瓜果脯、果酱、罐头、果汁、果酒、即食小包装食品。该产品营养丰富,味道鲜美,具有独特的保健功能,是老少皆宜的现代方便食品。

【Abstract】 Using fresh chaenomeles as materials,preserved chaenomeles was produced with natural color,smell and taste of the fruit.The product is a modern convenient food catering to people of all ag es with its g ood nutrition,g ood taste and unique health functions.
