【摘要】 综述了血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂降血压机理和食品蛋白质中降血压肽的功能 ,展望了其广阔的应用前景

【Abstract】 The article reviewed the mechanism of antihypertensive of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and the function of antihypertensive peptides derived from food protein,their wide developmental prospects are predicted.
