国际体育仲裁制度探析

【摘要】 通过对国际体育仲裁法院发展历史的研究,以及对国际体育仲裁章程和程序的分析,可以使人们更好地了解国际体育仲裁制度。

【Abstract】 Through the research on the history of international sports arbitration court and analysis on the rules and procedure of international arbitration for sport, the author try to make readers understand the system of international arbitration for sport deeply.
