【摘要】 发展电子商务既是国家宏观发展的战略内容同时又是企业微观发展的策略方针。e Commerce向e Business的实践发展表明,P2P是电子商务发展的最佳选择,其要点就是发现与创造新的盈利模式。m Commerce的发展为电子商务的应用提供了新的市场发展机遇。在市场竞争已演变成客户关系竞争的今天,电子商务的应用可极大地提升企业的竞争优势。

【Abstract】 E-Business development is a strategy not only for a country and also for an enterprise. P2P is the most optimal choice in e-business applications in accordance with its practice. It is very important for businesses to find out a profitable model in e-business applications. M-Commerce is a new path to profitability for enterprises in e-business applied to market competition. Up to today,competition of customer relationship management has become a centre in business competition. E-business application can promote competitive advantage of business organisations.
