【摘要】 塔带机浇筑混凝土具有水平、垂直运输二位一体,连续浇筑、生产率高、运行灵活等特点。尽管使用皮带机对四级配混凝土进行运送和布料国内外均无先例,但通过现场生产性试验及对塔带机浇筑混凝土工艺的不断总结,塔带机的使用技术得到了稳步提高,并较好地完成了三峡二期工程大坝混凝土浇筑工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using Tower-belts to place concrete has the features of continual transportation,high efficiency and operating flexibility. It can take parallel and vertical transportation ways during placing concrete period. Although there is no example to place and transport four-graded aggregate concrete through a belt machine all over the world, we make full use of the techniques of tower-belts to accomplish well the concrete placing of the second-stage works of the Three Gorges Project, based on the field experiment and technique accumulation for concrete placing.更多还原
