马占相思炭疽菌的鉴定和有关生物学特性的研究
Identification of Colletotrichum spp.on Acacia mangium and its bionomics
【摘要】 对广西高峰林场马占相思苗木炭疽菌进行分离鉴定 ,结果表明是胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichumgloeosporioides(Penz .)Sacc .和平头炭疽菌Colletotrichumtruncatum(Schw) .Anolrus&Noore。胶孢炭疽菌菌丝在 10~ 35℃范围内能生长 ,分生孢子亦可萌发 ,适温为 2 0~ 30℃ ,分生孢子萌发需要高湿的条件 ,在RH =10 0 % +水滴的条件下萌发良好 ;菌丝在pH值 3~ 11范围内均能生长 ,适宜的pH值为 5~ 9。平头炭疽菌菌丝生长及分生孢子萌发的条件与胶胞炭疽菌基本一致 ,不同的是 ,在试验温度范围内 ,平头炭疽菌分生孢子的萌发率明显低于胶孢炭疽菌 ,且在 10℃时不萌发。两种炭疽菌在马占相思上普遍存在潜伏侵染现象 ,且以胶孢炭疽菌较普遍。
【Abstract】 The results of the identification and biological character research of Colletotrichum spp.on Acacia mangium in Gaofeng Forestry Farm of Guangxi proved to be Colletotrichum gloeosporioides(Penz.)Sacc.and C.truncatum(Schw.)Anolrus & Noore.The C gloeosporioides mycelial could grow and conidium could germinate between 10 35 ℃.The optimum temperature was 20 30 ℃.The germination of conidium needed high humidity. The condium could germinate well in RH 100% or in water.The pH value range for mycelial growth was 3 11 and the optimum pH value was 5 9.The condition of C truncatum mycelial growth and conidum germination was almost the same as C gloeosporioides.But the conidia germination rate of C truncatum was obviously lower than that ofC.gloeosporioides and the conidum couldn’t germinate in 10 ℃.The results also showed that C.gloeosporioides and C truncatum lied in Acacia mangium widespreadly and the more occurrent was C.gloeosporioides.
