【摘要】 本文简述了食品仿生学的基本含义及其在食品工业中的意义,介绍了一些常见的仿生食品,同时探讨了仿生食品未来的发展前景。

【Abstract】 In this paper , we described the fundenmental conception of food bionics and its significance in food industry . We also introduced some bionic food and put forward the development prospects of bionic food in future .
