抽油机齿轮拆卸机的研制

【摘要】 针对在抽油机的修理过程中 ,缺少专用设备完成变速箱齿轮、中尾轴承等大型总成件的拆卸这一难题 ,研制的抽油机齿轮拆卸机自动化程度高、操作简单、安全可靠 ,最大推力可达 6 0 0 0kN。文章介绍了该机的主要结构、技术参数及工作原理。

【Abstract】 Since there is no accommodation equipment for disassembling gears and bearings in gear-box during repairing oil pump,a machinery for this application is developed.The automatization level of this machinery is high,and the use is simple and safe.The maximal thrust can reach 6 000 kW.The main structure,technical parameters and work principle of this machinery is introduced.
