博斯腾湖水资源可持续利用调度系统

【摘要】 从博斯腾湖实际出发,以可持续发展为原则,分析了博斯腾湖调度问题,包括兴利调节、洪水调节以及优化调度等;确定了该湖泊合理运行的特征水位和特征库容,包括死水位、正常蓄水位、防洪限制水位、非常洪水位等;绘制出常规调度图,研究了湖泊优化调度问题,探讨满足水资源可持续利用的调度途径和方案,确定出湖泊优化调度函数,实现了湖泊水资源可持续利用;开发出博斯腾湖水资源可持续利用调度系统软件.

【Abstract】 The Bosten Lake is located in the southern part of Xinjiang in the arid and semi-arid region of China.It is the largest continental fresh lake in China at present.It has characteristics and operations of the general lakes and takes on general reservoir function.However,how to control the lake water resources and accomplish sustainable use of water resources?It is a difficult question that will be studied in this paper.The paper starts from the analysis of the Bosten Lake and takes sustainable development as principle.The following studies are conducted:(1)analyses the control problems of the Bosten Lake,including well-balanced regulation flood control and optimum distribution;(2)determines the characteristic wa ter-level and characteristic reservoir-capacity when the lake is working rationally,including dead-water-level,normal storage-water-level,flood-control-water-level,unusual flood-level,and so on;(3)draws the water con trol chart,studies the optimum distribution problem of the lake,researches the dispatch way and scheme that meet the needs of sustainable utilization of the water resources,ascertains optimum distribution function and accomplishes sustainable utilization of the lake water resources;(4)develops software of the control system for sustainable utilization of water resources in the Bosten Lake.
