【Abstract】 Software outsourcing has been accepted by many software enterprises all over the world, through software outsourcing, enterprises intend to acquire most cost-effective and best-quality software products. Software outsourcing process can be thought as agreement process between outsourcer and outsourcing vendor, including software procurement process concerned by outso-urcer and software provision process concerned by outsourcing vendor. Based on analyzing and researching the collaborative mechanism between these two relative processes, this thesis presents a collaborative software development process model for outsourcing.
