基体合金元素对SiC_p/Al复合材料热循环尺寸稳定性的影响
Effects of Elements in Matrix on Dimensional Stability of SiC_p/Al Composite During Thermal Cycle
【摘要】 研究了含有不同合金元素铝基体的SiCp/Al系复合材料在温度循环变化时的尺寸稳定性。研究结果表明,基体中加入镁元素对复合材料的尺寸稳定性不利,并且Al-Mg基复合材料不能经过预循环热处理来改善其尺寸稳定性。Al-Si基体的复合材料尺寸稳定性较好,且可以通过预循环热处理提高其尺寸稳定性。三元基体的复合材料有较好的尺寸稳定性。
【Abstract】 Dimensional stability of SiCp reinforced composites based on different matrix elements during thermal cycling has been studied.Results show that adding magnesium to the aluminum matrix is not good to the dimensional stability of the composite.And it is quite impossible to improve the dimensional stability by pre thermal cycling on the AlMg matrix composite.AlSi matrix composite has a good dimensional stability,and pre thermal cycling can improve its dimensional stability.Composite based on three elements matrix (AlMgCu) shows an excellent dimensional stability.
