水稻籽粒淀粉积累的穗部粒间差异及其生理机制

【摘要】 水稻穗部籽粒间淀粉积累差异是影响稻米品质的重要因子,这在穗部着粒密度较高的密穗型品种上表现更为明显。文章综述了水稻穗部籽粒间淀粉积累差异及其生理机制的研究进展,从源的物质供应和库容及库的生理活性,包括谷壳大小及其叶绿素含量、籽粒胚乳细胞数、糖代谢酶活性、能量转化效率和植物激素的调节作用等方面分析了造成穗内粒位间差异的原因,并提出了减少水稻穗部籽粒间淀粉积累差异的育种和农艺途径。

【Abstract】 The difference in starch accumulation of grains within a panicle has a deleterious influence on rice quality, especially for the cultivars with compact panicles, which had higher density of grains on a rachis. In this paper, the difference in starch accumulation of grains within a panicle of rice and relevant physiological mechanisms were reviewed. The causes of the difference was comprehensively illustrated through analyzing the various factors affecting starch accumulation processing in grains, mainly source capacity and sink size, including the size and chlorophyll content of glume, the number of endosperm cell, the activities of the enzymes involved in starch synthesis and energy transformation efficiency and the function of exogenous and endogenous plant hormones. In addition, both breeding and agronomic strategies were suggested for reducing the difference in starch accumulation of grains within a panicle of rice.
