【摘要】 首次系统地研究了猪囊尾蚴发育过程中的周围宿主反应。结果显示 ,宿主炎性细胞在囊尾蚴周围出现有先后顺序。初期以嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和淋巴细胞为主 ,随后巨噬细胞及上皮样细胞开始出现 ,并在虫体周围呈围墙样增生 ,最后在虫体外围形成结缔组织包囊。从病理组织学结果可以看出 ,嗜酸性粒细胞是虫体开始遭到破坏的决定细胞更多还原

【Abstract】 Reactions of the hosts in the Taenia solium cysticerci development process were firstly and systematically studied. The results showed that the inflammatory cells of the hosts surrounding the parasites appeared in a sequence. At the initial stage the inflammatory response was mainly composed of neutrophils, eosinophils and lymphcytes, then the macrophages and epithelioid cells appeared and lined up in a palisade fashion, and lastly the larvae were surrounded by connective tissues. Judging from the histological findings, the eosinophil seemed to be the determinant cell for the initiation of the destructive process of cysticerci.更多还原
