【摘要】 目的了解沈阳地区乳牙融合牙的发生情况及分布特点。方法采用横断面研究方法,对沈阳市37所幼儿园4286名2～6岁儿童进行口腔检查。结果4286名儿童中融合牙发生率为1.52%,男女性别之间无统计学差异;融合牙主要发生于下颌的前牙区,下颌占91.25%,单侧型占68.75%。在65例融合牙患儿中,有12例为两侧均有融合牙,且为对称性分布,占18.46%。发现2例少见型融合牙,1例为中切牙、侧切牙及尖牙三牙发生融合,另1例为右下颌两颗乳磨牙发生融合,且在同一侧尚有2颗乳切牙发生融合。有2例融合牙发生中龋至深龋。结论乳牙融合牙有一定的发生率,儿童口腔科医生应予重视并密切观察,及时处理,预防各种口腔危害的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To clarify the occurrence and distribution of the fusion of deciduous teeth in Shenyang.Methods By using cross-sectional study,4286children were examined,who aged from2to6years in37kindergartens.Results Of4286children investigated,fusion of the deciduous teeth were detected in65children(1.52percent)without sex predilection.The fused teeth typically occurred unilaterally(68.75percent),and mainly located in the anterior region,more frequently in the mandibular(91.25percent)than that in the maxillary arch.12cases were bilaterally symmetrical(18.46percent).Two rare cases were found with fused teeth,one occurred in central incisor,lateral incisor and canine,the other occurred between two molars with two incisors fused in the same side.Fused teeth in two cases had caries.Conclusion The occurrence of the fused teeth may cause some complications.Pediatric dentists should pay attention to the fused teeth occurred in preschool children.更多还原
